The wait for a date is over.
At 5:09 pm today there came a post from Nina Tassler saying she wanted the Jericho fans to be the first to know that Jericho would return to television on Tuesday February 12th at 10 pm.
The announcement came at the moment the crisis du jour was about to go critical.(I remember it had something to do with threats, forgiveness and what is forgivable.) But timing is everything and with our most recent board bomb diffused by fate we move forward with a beacon of certainty to help guide us.
To honor this landmark occasion here are some folks who may not have made it this far but without whom we may not have either:

The bomb seems to have been delayed but not diffused.
The surest way to let others know that you believe you have done some thing wrong is to publicly apologize. Remorse goes a long way towards healing if it is genuine.
I have seen no public apologies neither made by the perpetrator nor encouraged by the group. I have noted the rising anger in those who witnessed the similarly accused being offered no amnesty. The list above will continue to grow if we allow our weariness of the emotional struggle to dictate what acceptable behavior looks like.
A prayer for the troubled was posted in the episodes folder. At first I was taken aback and then I realized that there is no better description for these incidents than episodes. Reoccurring episodes with a seemingly endless potential for re-runs due to an audience that never seems to grow tired of watching. It is one thing to smack our foreheads and say “not again?” and another thing to demand consequence of someone who has conjured violence with out remorse.
There are no happy endings promised to any of us and it is a sad truth that sometimes we do things that permanently change our circumstance. I think the worst thing anyone can do when this has occurred is to pretend that nothing has changed.

A rather impressive (?) list of names. I know of a few more names that could be added to that list. Instead, we need to start taking names off the list.
Yes, the bomb has been delayed but for how long? I hope long enough for us to diffuse it.
